Booking System
Built on similar functionality to Microsoft Outlook calendar this powerful feature allows you to book appointments in an intuitive and simple way. Drag and drop lets you reassign the appointment to another member of staff and you can create the bill for the appointment directly from the calendar booking display.

Taking Payments
Taking payments could not be easier. Phoenix will work out the total cost of the customer’s bill for you (even if the customer has multiple appointments & product sales) but still leave you in control to amend the cost on an individual basis as you see fit.

Accountant Reports
Phoenix produces reports that detail your salons cash flow so that you can print them or email them directly to your accountant. Another benefit of Phoenix’s reporting function is that it allows you to quickly and easily see how your business is performing. Staff / Salon performance what service & products are selling well and who’s doing what.
